He is well versed in formulating and implementation of an aggressive Marketing Strategy covering distribution channels, dealer network, retail network, advertising and sales promotions. He has worked extensively in most major markets in the Country and having a first-hand knowledge of the industry. He has been handling a large sales force as well as a large number of commercial people and have been able to motivate them to achieve the company objectives.
