User agrees that no Comments submitted by them to the site will violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights (s). User further agrees that no Comments submitted by them to the site will be or contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material. The products from Eagle displayed on the site are available at the retail outlet(s) in India. The prices (if any) displayed at the site, however, are quoted in Indian Rupees or/and U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective globally. All prices are subject to change without prior notification. Actual colours and dimensions may vary to a marginal extent from the photograph displayed on the website.

Please note that Eagle may reject excessive requests or misuse of the relevant right.

Miscellaneous

Unless otherwise specified, this site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely to promote products and services available in India. This site is controlled and operated by Eagle from its office(s) in Mumbai, India. The Courts in Mumbai shall have jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or in respect of this agreement.

Termination

These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either the user or Eagle. The user may terminate this agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny user access to the site, if in Eagle’s sole discretion the user fails to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon any termination of the agreement by either the user or Eagle, the user must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise.
